The conference starts on Sunday, June 11^th with afternoon Board of Directors' meetings followed by a cocktail reception, an awards and recognition ceremony, and formal dinner. Evening activities include conversation and relaxation while enjoying beautiful mountain views on the patios and drinks and frivolity in The Cave, a stone wall, prohibition-era speakeasy.

Exhibitors can start setting up their booths at 3pm on Sunday the 11^th or as early at 7:30am on the 12^th. An 8’ table is provided for inside exhibitors. Linen and/or power are included if needed. The outside exhibit area is limited. Truck dimensions will need to be provided to ensure spacing is available. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Teardown for Exhibits must be completed by Tuesday, June 13^th at 9:00 am.

Education sessions will take place on Monday morning, June 12^th with discussions pertinent to the fuel industry's current issues. Vendors will be exhibiting inside and outside both Sunday afternoon and all day Monday. On Monday afternoon, attendees may also choose to network with each other and the vendors, golf at the stunning Mt. Washington golf course or explore other adventures the area offers, such as ziplining, horseback riding, mountain biking, etc! We will start the evening with a “Vendor Blender” cocktail reception, followed by dinner and music while enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
