The conference starts on Monday, June 17th with afternoon Board of Directors' meetings followed by a welcome cocktail reception, an awards and recognition ceremony, and formal dinner. Evening activities include live music by Quiet Riot Act (performed at last year's conference), conversation and relaxation while enjoying beautiful ocean views and drinks on the patio or venue bar.

Exhibitors can start setting up their booths at 3pm on Monday the 17th or as early as 7:30am on the 18th. An 8’ table is provided for inside exhibitors. Linen and power are included for all. The outside exhibit area is limited. Truck dimensions will need to be provided to ensure spacing is available. Space is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Teardown for exhibits must be completed by Wednesday, June 19th at 9:00 am.

Education sessions will take place on Tuesday AM June 18th. We're very excited about our educational offers this year. Details coming soon! Vendors will be exhibiting inside and outside both Monday afternoon and Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon, attendees may choose to network with each other and the vendors, golf at the beautiful Kebo Valley course or explore other adventures the area offers. Please visit the conference website at https://nneenergyconference.com/ for local outing options! The evening will begin with our “Vendor Blender” cocktail reception. This will include golf awards, vendor gifts and heavy hors d'oeurvres. Dinner will be on your own so visitors can enjoy the culinary delights that Bar Harbor has to offer. We recommend reservations ahead of time!

Wednesday is short and sweet; a leisurely breakfast, and your off to your next adventure!
